Les Trois Amies catering has a deep and abiding obsession with food and all things culinary. We cook French, Spanish and Italian country meals using local, organic and seasonally grown food. Each ingredient is chosen with care, valued for its own sake and then prepared with thought to become a dish that pleases all of the senses.
